Laylat al-Qadr was mentioned in the presence of Abu Bakra, and he said, "I would not seek it except in the last ten nights, because of something I heard from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. I heard him say, 'Seek it in the last ten nights, when nine remain, or seven remain, or five remain, or three remain, or on the final night.'"

ذكرت ليلة القدر عند أبي بكرة فقال ما أنا بطالبها إلا في العشر الأواخر بعد شيء سمعته من رسول الله ﷺ سمعته يقول التمسوها في العشر الأواخر من تسع يبقين أو سبع يبقين أو خمس يبقين أو ثلاث يبقين أو آخر ليلة
