The Prophet ﷺ instructed me to judge between some people. I said, "Messenger of Allah, I do not know how to judge well."He replied, "Allah is with the judge as long as he does not deliberately commit injustice."
حدثنا الحكم بن نافع أبو اليمان حدثنا إسماعيل بن عياش عن أبي شيبة يحيى بن يزيد عن زيد بن أبي أنيسة عن نفيع بن الحارث

Its chain of transmission is daif because of Nufay bin Harith, who is Abu Dawud the blind, whom the majority of scholars have declared daif. However, the hadith is sahih through other routes. Hakim narrated it (4/93) and graded it sahih, and Dhahabi agreed with him. Tirmidhi also graded it hasan (3/609, no. 1330) and said, "Hasan gharib." Ibn Majah (2/775, no. 2312), Ibn Hibban (370, no. 1540), and Bayhaqi (10/88) also narrated it.
