The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The two parties to a sale each retain the right to cancel as long as they have not parted, or until each of them has taken from the sale what he is content with."

أن رسول الله ﷺ قال البيعان بالخيار ما لم يتفرقا أو يأخذ كل واحد منهما ما رضي من البيع
