Samura bin Jundab reported,

I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ being treated with cupping using a horn, with the incision made by the tip of a knife. A man from the tribe of Shamkh entered and said to him, "Why do you allow your back, or your neck, to have this done to it as I see?"He replied, "This is cupping, and it is among the best treatments you use."

عن سمرة بن جندب قال

رأيت رسول الله ﷺ وهو يحتجم بقرن ويشرط بطرف سكين فدخل رجل من شمخ فقال له لم تمكن ظهرك أو عنقك من هذا يفعل بها ما أرى فقال هذا الحجم وهو من خير ما تداويتم به
