The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If two guardians give a woman in marriage, she belongs to the first of them, and if a man sells something to two buyers, it belongs to the first of them."

أن رسول الله ﷺ قال إذا أنكح الوليان فهو للأول منهما وإذا باع بيعا من رجلين فهو للأول منهما
