The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When two guardians give a woman in marriage, she belongs to the first of them, and when someone sells an item to two men, it belongs to the first of them."

أن رسول الله ﷺ قال إذا أنكح الوليان فهي للأول منهما وإذا باع بيعا من رجلين فهو للأول منهما
