The Prophet ﷺ said, "If a woman is given in marriage to two husbands, she belongs to the first of them, and if a sale is made to two men, it belongs to the first of them."

أن النبي ﷺ قال إذا أنكحت المرأة زوجين فهي للأول منهما وإذا بيع البيع من رجلين فهو للأول منهما
