The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "If two guardians give a woman in marriage, she belongs to the first, and if two guardians sell the same item, the sale belongs to the first."

أن رسول الله ﷺ قال إذا نكح وليان فهي للأول وإذا باع وليان فالبيع للأول
