The Prophet ﷺ, with some uncertainty noted in the Book of Sales, said, attributed to either Uqba or Samura, that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Any woman whom two guardians have given in marriage belongs to the first of them, and whoever sells a single item to two men, it belongs to the first of them."

عن النبي ﷺ وشك فيه في كتاب البيوع فقال عن عقبة أو سمرة أن رسول الله ﷺ قال أيما امرأة زوجها وليان فهي للأول منهما ومن باع بيعا من رجلين فهو للأول منهما
