He heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Whoever Ramadan reaches while he has a means of transport and access to enough food to satisfy him should fast Ramadan wherever it reaches him."Sinan said, "I was born on the day of Hunayn, and my father was given the good news of my birth. They said to him, 'A boy has been born to you.' He replied, 'An arrow that I shoot in the cause of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ is more beloved to me than what you have given me good news of.' And he named me Sinan."
Its isnad is daif, due to the unknown status of Habib bin Abdullah Adawi, as Mizzi said, and Ibn Hajar followed him in this, and there is disagreement regarding Abdul-Samad. The hadith has already appeared at 15855, without Sinan's statement.
