He asked the Prophet ﷺ, "What is the right of my wife over me?"He replied, "You feed her when you eat, you clothe her when you clothe yourself, you do not strike the face, you do not insult her, and you do not separate from her except within the house."

أنه سأل النبي ﷺ ما حق امرأتي علي قال تطعمها إذا طعمت وتكسوها إذا اكتسيت ولا تضرب الوجه ولا تهجر إلا في البيت
