Muhammad bin Abu Malih reported,

A man from the tribe told me that Yaala bin Suhayl passed by Imran bin Husayn, who said to him, "Yaala, was I not informed that you sold your house for a hundred thousand?"He replied, "Yes, I sold it for a hundred thousand."Imran said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'Whoever sells a fixed asset, Allah sets loose upon its proceeds something that will destroy it.'"

حدثني رجل من الحي أن يعلي بن سهيل مر بعمران بن حصين فقال له يا يعلي ألم أنبأ أنك بعت دارك بمائة ألف قال بلى قد بعتها بمائة ألف قال فإني سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول من باع عقدة مال سلط الله عز وجل عليها تالفا يتلفها
