The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever deliberately swears a false binding oath, let him take his place in the Fire."
حدثنا يزيد أخبرنا هشام عن محمد
عن النبي ﷺ قال من حلف على يمين كاذبة مصبورة متعمدا فليتبوأ بوجهه مقعده من النار
Its isnad is sahih, and it is found in Abu Dawud 3/220, no. 3242, and Hakim 4/294, and Dhahabi agreed with him.
