The Prophet ﷺ said, "There is no vow made in anger, and its expiation is the expiation of an oath."
حدثنا عبد الوهاب أخبرنا محمد بن الزبير عن أبيه عن رجل
عن النبي ﷺ أنه قال لا نذر في غضب وكفارته كفارة اليمين
Its isnad is daif, due to the anonymity of the narrator from Imran and because of Muhammad bin Zubayr. The hadith was narrated by Nasai, 7/27, no. 3840, from Muhammad bin Zubayr Hanzali, from his father, from Imran, and it was narrated similarly by Bayhaqi, 10/70, who said, "It is disconnected," but it is sahih when connected.
