Its isnad is sahih, and this is a repetition of what preceded it. But his statement here, "from Safwan the camel driver," is an error in the original narration. In Tajil, page 194, it states that he is actually Abu Safwan the camel driver, the one from whom Abu Dawud narrated. Ahmad narrated his hadith in both forms. He narrated it from Abu Muawiya, from Hasan bin Amr, from Abu Safwan the camel driver, from Ibn Abbas, the hadith, "Whoever intends to perform Hajj should hasten to do so." Abu Dawud, Daraqutni, Hakim in al-Mustadrak, and Hakim Abu Ahmad in al-Kuna likewise narrated it, all of them through Abu Muawiya.Ahmad also said, Abdul-Rahman bin Muhammad, who is al-Muharibi, narrated to us. Hasan bin Amr narrated to us from Safwan the camel driver, with the same wording. It seems that al-Muharibi erred in naming him, for he is actually Abu Safwan, whose name is Mihran, and he has a biographical entry in al-Tahdhib.
