Two men brought a dispute before the Messenger of Allah ﷺ concerning an animal, and neither of them had any evidence to support his claim, so he divided it between them in two equal halves.

أن رجلين اختصما إلى رسول الله ﷺ في دابة ليس لواحد منهما بينة فجعله بينهما نصفين
