Abu Musa Ashari reported,

I came to the Prophet ﷺ with a group of my people, and he said, "Receive glad tidings, and announce them to those you left behind. Whoever testifies that there is no god but Allah, sincerely meaning it, will enter Paradise."So we left the Prophet ﷺ to share the good news with people, but Umar bin Khattab met us and brought us back to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.Umar said, "Messenger of Allah, in that case people will rely on it alone."The Messenger of Allah ﷺ remained silent.

عن أبي بكر بن أبي موسى عن أبيه قال

أتيت النبي ﷺ ومعي نفر من قومي فقال أبشروا وبشروا من وراءكم إنه من شهد أن لا إله إلا الله صادقا بها دخل الجنة فخرجنا من عند النبي ﷺ نبشر الناس فاستقبلنا عمر بن الخطاب فرجع بنا إلى رسول الله ﷺ فقال عمر يا رسول الله إذن يتكل الناس قال فسكت رسول الله ﷺ
