Umar bin Abdul-Aziz reported,

The Prophet ﷺ said, "No Muslim man dies except that Allah admits a Jew or a Christian into the Fire in his place."Umar bin Abdul-Aziz made him swear by Allah, beside whom there is no deity, three times that his father had indeed narrated this to him from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he swore to him.Saeed did not mention to me that he made him swear, but he did not reject what Awn said.

عمر بن عبد العزيز عن أبيه

عن النبي ﷺ قال لا يموت رجل مسلم إلا أدخل الله عز وجل مكانه النار يهوديا أو نصرانيا قال فاستحلفه عمر بن عبد العزيز بالله الذي لا إله إلا هو ثلاث مرات أن أباه حدثه عن رسول الله ﷺ قال فحلف له قال فلم يحدثني سعيد أنه استحلفه ولم ينكر على عون قوله
