"Keep refreshing your memory of this Quran, for by the One in whose hand is my soul, it slips away faster than camels from their hobbles."Abu Ahmad said, "I asked Burayd, 'These hadiths that you narrated to me from Abu Burda, from Abu Musa, from the Prophet ﷺ, are they really from the Prophet ﷺ?'"He replied, "Yes, they are from the Prophet ﷺ, but I will not say so explicitly to you."

تعاهدوا هذا القرآن فوالذي نفسي بيده لهو أشد تفلتا من أحدكم من الإبل من عقله قال أبو أحمد قلت لبريد هذه الأحاديث التي حدثتني عن أبي بردة عن أبي موسى عن النبي ﷺ قال هي عن النبي ﷺ ولكن لا أقول لك
