The Prophet ﷺ said, "The night prayer is to be performed in pairs, and the latter portion of the night is when supplication is most readily answered."I asked, "Most binding?"He replied, "No, rather most readily answered," meaning the response to supplication.

عن النبي ﷺ قال صلاة الليل مثنى مثنى وجوف الليل الآخر أجوبه دعوة قلت أوجبه قال لا بل أجوبه يعني بذلك الإجابة
