Naeem was brought to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ for having drunk wine. The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ordered those present in the house to strike him, so they beat him with their hands, with palm branches, and with sandals. The narrator said, "I was among those who struck him."
حدثنا عبد الصمد حدثنا أبي حدثنا أيوب عن ابن أبي مليكة قال حدثني
أتي رسول الله ﷺ بالنعيمان قد شرب الخمر فأمر رسول الله ﷺ من في البيت فضربوه بالأيدي والجريد والنعال قال وكنت فيمن ضربه
