The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent him with a Dinar to buy a sacrificial animal for him, and on one occasion he said, "or a sheep." He bought two for him, then sold one for a Dinar and brought him the other. The Prophet ﷺ prayed for blessing in his trade, so much so that even if he had bought dust, he would have made a profit from it.
حدثنا سفيان عن شبيب أنه سمع الحي يخبرون
أن رسول الله ﷺ بعث معه بدينار يشتري له أضحية وقال مرة أو شاة فاشترى له اثنتين فباع واحدة بدينار وأتاه بالأخرى فدعا له بالبركة في بيعه فكان لو اشترى التراب لربح فيه
