I asked Bara and Zayd bin Arqam, and both said, "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade the sale of gold for silver on credit."
حدثنا روح حدثنا ابن جريج أخبرني عمرو بن دينار وعامر بن مصعب سمعا أبا المنهال قال سألت البراء وزيد بن أرقم فذكر نحوه
Its isnad is sahih, though the obscurity of Amir bin Musab does no harm, since he is paired with Amr bin Mura, and Bukhari likewise paired him with him. The hadith is like the ones before it.
