Jareer bin Abdullah urinated, performed ablution, and wiped over his leather socks. When this was questioned, he replied, "I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ do it."Ibrahim said, "What they found especially compelling about this was that Jareer's acceptance of Islam came after the revelation of Surah al-Maidah."
