Its isnad is sahih. Bukhari narrated it, 11:330, and Muslim, 2:355, through Ibn Uyayna, and we have also narrated it through Shuba, from Mughira bin Numan, from Saeed bin Jubayr, at greater length.Ghurlan, with the ghayn vowelled with a dammah and the raa vowelled with a sukun, is the plural of aghral, which means uncircumcised, that is, one whose ghurlah remains, the ghurlah being the piece of skin that the circumciser cuts from the male member.
