Abdullah bin Abu Awfa reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to make this supplication, "O Allah, our Lord, all praise belongs to You, filling the heavens and filling the earth." Hajjaj said, "Filling the heavens and filling the earth and filling whatever else You wish thereafter."Muhammad said that Shuba said, "Abu Isma reported to me from Sulayman Amash, from Ubayd, from Abdullah bin Abu Awfa, who said that the Prophet ﷺ used to make this supplication when he raised his head from bowing."

حدثنا محمد بن جعفر حدثنا شعبة وحجاج عن شعبة قال سمعت عبيدا أبا الحسن قال سمعت

عبد الله بن أبي أوفى قال

كان رسول الله ﷺ يدعو بهذا الدعاء اللهم ربنا لك الحمد ملء السماء وملء الأرض قال حجاج ملء السماء وملء الأرض وملء ما شئت من شيء بعد قال محمد قال شعبة وحدثني أبو عصمة عن سليمان الأعمش عن عبيد عن عبد الله بن أبي أوفى قال إن النبي ﷺ كان يدعو إذا رفع رأسه من الركوع
