Fadala reported,

I came to the Prophet ﷺ and embraced Islam, and he taught me until he had taught me the five prayers at their proper times.I said to him, "These are hours during which I am occupied, so command me with comprehensive instructions."He said to me, "If you are occupied, do not let yourself be too occupied for the two cool prayers."I asked, "What are the two cool prayers?"He replied, "The dawn prayer and the afternoon prayer."

أتيت النبي ﷺ فأسلمت وعلمني حتى علمني الصلوات الخمس لمواقيتهن قال فقلت له إن هذه لساعات أشغل فيها فمرني بجوامع فقال لي إن شغلت فلا تشغل عن العصرين قلت وما العصران قال صلاة الغداة وصلاة العصر
