The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said during the Farewell Pilgrimage, "They are only four. Do not associate anything with Allah, do not kill the soul which Allah has forbidden except by right, do not steal, and do not commit fornication."
حدثنا عبد الرحمن عن سفيان عن منصور عن هلال بن يساف
قال رسول الله ﷺ في حجة الوداع إنما هن أربع لا تشركوا بالله شيئا ولا تقتلوا النفس التي حرم الله إلا بالحق ولا تسرقوا ولا تزنوا
Its isnad is sahih. Haythami mentioned it in 1/104, attributing it to Tabarani alone, and said, "Its narrators are trustworthy." Ibn Kathir attributed it to Ahmad, Nasai, and Ibn Mardawayh, in Tafsir Ibn Kathir, 2/244, Shab edition.
