I saw the Messenger of Allah ﷺ place his right hand over his left in prayer near the wrist, and he raised his hands when beginning the prayer until they reached his ears. I prayed behind him, and he recited "not of those who have earned Your anger, nor of those who go astray" [Fatihah 1:7], then said "Ameen" aloud.
