Its isnad is sahih, and Ali bin Aqmar bin Amr Hamdani is trustworthy, his hadith being used by the group. Bukhari narrated it in 9/540, no. 5398 and 5399, in Fath al-Bari, in the Book of Foods, chapter on eating while reclining. Abu Dawud narrated it in 3/348, no. 3769, and Tirmidhi in 4/273, no. 1830, saying it is hasan sahih, and Ibn Majah in 2/1086, no. 3262.
