The Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to combine two prayers while traveling, Maghrib with Isha, and Dhuhr with Asr.
حدثنا محمد بن فضيل عن يزيد عن عطاء
كان رسول الله ﷺ يجمع بين الصلاتين في السفر المغرب والعشاء والظهر والعصر
Its isnad is sahih. Yazid is Ibn Abu Habib. In ح it reads, "from Yazid," which is an error, and we corrected it from ك. Ataa is Ibn Abu Rabah. The meaning of this hadith has been reported from Ibn Abbas through many sahih chains. See among them 1918, 2191, and Muntaqa 1532, 1533.
