I came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ and said, "Messenger of Allah ﷺ, give me some advice."He said, "Fear Allah. When you are in the company of people and you hear them saying something that pleases you, follow it. And when you hear them saying something you dislike, leave it."

أتيت رسول الله ﷺ فقلت يا رسول الله ﷺ أوصني قال اتق الله وإذا كنت في مجلس قوم فسمعتهم يقولون ما يعجبك فأته وإذا سمعتهم يقولون ما تكره فاتركه
