The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever grants a gift of silver, or a gift of milk, or guides someone along a narrow path, it is equivalent to freeing a slave. And whoever says, 'There is no god but Allah alone, with no partner. To Him belongs the dominion and to Him belongs all praise, and He has power over all things,' it is equivalent to freeing a slave."He used to walk from one end of the row to the other, straightening their chests and shoulders, saying, "Do not differ, for then your hearts will differ."He said, "Allah and His angels send blessings upon the front rows."And he used to say, "Beautify the Quran with your voices."

أن رسول الله ﷺ قال من منح منحة ورق أو منحة لبن أو هدى زقاقا فهو كعتاق نسمة ومن قال لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له له الملك وله الحمد وهو على كل شيء قدير فهو كعتاق نسمة قال وكان يأتي ناحية الصف إلى ناحيته يسوي صدورهم ومناكبهم يقول لا تختلفوا فتختلف قلوبكم قال إن الله وملائكته يصلون على الصفوف الأول وكان يقول زينوا القرآن بأصواتكم
