Its isnad is sahih. Mughira is Ibn Miqsam, with the mim vowelized as i, the qaf silent, and the sin vowelized as a, al-Dabbi. He is trustworthy, dependable, and a jurist. The hadith was narrated by Tirmidhi 3:111 through Hushaym, who said it is hasan sahih. His commentator said, "It was also transmitted by the two Shaykhs (Bukhari and Muslim)."
