A man from Basra asked him, "Tell me what you heard from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ saying."He replied, "I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, 'No one who prays before sunrise and before sunset shall enter the Fire.'"The man asked, "Did you yourself hear it from him?"He answered, "My ears heard it and my heart retained it."The man said, "By Allah, I too heard him say that."

سأله رجل من أهل البصرة قال أخبرني ما سمعت من رسول الله ﷺ يقول قال سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول لا يلج النار أحد صلى قبل طلوع الشمس وقبل أن تغرب قال آنت سمعته منه قال سمعت أذناي ووعاه قلبي فقال الرجل والله لقد سمعته يقول ذلك
Its isnad is sahih. Its narrators are trustworthy and well known. As for Abu Bakr, he is the son of Umarah bin Ruwaybah, and he is trusted, with his hadith found in Muslim. Abu Bakhtari is al-Mukhtar, trustworthy, with his hadith found in Muslim. The hadith has already appeared at 17154.
