Aqqar bin Mughira bin Shuba reported,

I had heard a hadith from him, but when I left his presence I had not memorized it carefully, so I went back to him along with a companion of mine. On the way I met Hassan bin Abu Wajzah, who had just come out from him.He asked, "What brings you here?"I said, "Such and such."Hassan said, "Uqqar narrated it to us, from his father, from the Prophet ﷺ, that he said, 'Whoever is cauterized or seeks ruqyah has not relied fully upon Allah.'"

حدثنا محمد بن جعفر وحجاج قالا حدثنا شعبة عن منصور قال سمعت مجاهدا يحدث قال حدثني

حديثا فلما خرجت من عنده لم أمعن حفظه فرجعت إليه أنا وصاحب لي فلقيت حسان بن أبي وجزة وقد خرج من عنده فقال ما جاء بك فقلت كذا وكذا فقال حسان حدثناه عقار عن أبيه عن النبي ﷺ أنه قال لم يتوكل من اكتوى واسترقى
