Umar bin Khattab consulted the people about the case of a woman whose miscarriage was caused by another.Mughira bin Shuba said, "I witnessed the Messenger of Allah ﷺ rule in such a case that compensation be paid in the form of a male or female slave."Umar said, "Bring me someone who can testify along with you."So Muhammad bin Maslama testified in support of his account.
