We used to pray the Zuhr prayer with the Prophet of Allah ﷺ in the intense midday heat. Then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to us, "Delay the prayer until it cools down, for the severity of heat is from the blast of Hellfire."

كنا نصلي مع نبي الله ﷺ صلاة الظهر بالهاجرة فقال لنا رسول الله ﷺ أبردوا بالصلاة فإن شدة الحر من فيح جهنم
