Fadl reported,

I was riding behind the Prophet ﷺ when a man asked him, "My father," or "my mother, is a very old person who cannot perform Hajj." He then mentioned the rest of the hadith.

حدثنا محمد بن جعفر حدثنا شعبة عن يحيى بن أبي إسحاق قال سمعت سليمان بن يسار حدثنا

الفضل قال

كنت رديف النبي ﷺ فسأله رجل فقال إن أبي أو أمي شيخ كبير لا يستطيع الحج فذكر الحديث
