Harith bin Muslim bin Harith Tamimi reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said to me, "When you pray Fajr, before speaking to anyone, say seven times, 'O Allah, protect me from the Fire.' For if you die that day, Allah will record for you protection from the Fire. And when you pray Maghrib, before speaking to anyone, say seven times, 'O Allah, I ask You for Paradise. O Allah, protect me from the Fire.' For if you die that night, Allah will record for you protection from the Fire."

حدثنا يزيد بن عبد ربه قال حدثنا الوليد بن مسلم عن عبد الرحمن بن حسان الكناني أن

الحارث بن مسلم بن الحارث التميمي حدثه عن أبيه قال

قال لي رسول الله ﷺ إذا صليت الصبح فقل قبل أن تكلم أحدا من الناس اللهم أجرني من النار سبع مرات فإنك إن مت من يومك ذلك كتب الله عز وجل لك جوارا من النار وإذا صليت المغرب فقل قبل أن تكلم أحدا من الناس اللهم إني أسألك الجنة اللهم أجرني من النار سبع مرات فإنك إن مت من ليلتك تلك كتب الله عز وجل لك جوارا من النار
