The Prophet ﷺ said, "The likeness of my nation is that of four men," and he mentioned the hadith, except that he said, "And a man whom Allah has given wealth but not given knowledge, so he squanders it recklessly, neither using it to maintain ties of kinship nor giving from it what is due."
حدثنا محمد بن جعفر حدثنا شعبة عن سليمان عن سالم بن أبي الجعد وسمعته منه يحدث
عن النبي ﷺ قال مثل أمتي مثل أربعة نفر فذكر الحديث إلا أنه قال رجل آتاه الله مالا ولم يؤته علما فهو يخبط فيه لا يصل فيه رحما ولا يعطي فيه حقا
