Abu Bakr asked, "Has any of you heard anything from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ regarding her case?"Mughira bin Shuba stood up and said, "I witnessed the Messenger of Allah ﷺ rule that she receives one-sixth."Abu Bakr asked, "Did anyone else hear this along with you?"Muhammad bin Maslama stood up and said, "I witnessed the Messenger of Allah ﷺ rule that she receives one-sixth."So Abu Bakr granted her one-sixth.

هل سمع أحد منكم من رسول الله ﷺ فيها شيئا فقام المغيرة بن شعبة فقال شهدت رسول الله ﷺ يقضي لها بالسدس فقال هل سمع ذلك معك أحد فقام محمد بن مسلمة فقال شهدت رسول الله ﷺ يقضي لها بالسدس فأعطاها أبو بكر السدس
