I will not attribute to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ today what he did not say. I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Whoever attributes to me what I did not say, let him take his seat in the Fire."
حدثنا هارون قال حدثنا عبد الله بن وهب عن عمرو بن الحارث أن أبا عشانة حدثه أنه سمع
لا أقول اليوم على رسول الله ﷺ ما لم يقل سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول من كذب علي ما لم أقل فليتبوأ بيتا من جهنم
