Asadi mentioned a hadith. He said, Yamar bin Bishr narrated to us, Abdullah narrated to us, Hushaym narrated to us from Dawud bin Amr, from Busr bin Ubaydullah, from Samura bin Fatak that the Prophet ﷺ said, "What an excellent young man Samura is, if only he would trim his hair and shorten his lower garment."So Samura did just that. He trimmed his hair and shortened his lower garment.
