I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Whoever we appoint to a position..." and he mentioned the same meaning.
حدثنا وكيع حدثنا ابن أبي خالد عن قيس بن أبي حازم
سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول من استعملناه على عمل فذكر معناه
