He informed me of someone who heard the Prophet ﷺ, and from Ibn Abu Layla that he heard Amr bin Kharija. Layth said in his version of the hadith, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ addressed us while he was upon his she-camel and said, "Charity is not lawful for me nor for the people of my household." Then he took a tuft of hair from the hump of his she-camel and said, "Not even the equivalent of this, or the weight of this. May Allah curse the one who claims descent from other than his father, or aligns himself with people other than his own patrons. The child belongs to the marriage bed, and for the fornicator is the stone. Allah has given every rightful person their due, so there is no bequest for an heir."
حدثنا عبد الرزاق أخبرنا سفيان عن ليث
أخبرني من سمع النبي ﷺ و عن ابن أبي ليلى أنه سمع عمرو بن خارجة قال ليث في حديثه خطبنا رسول الله ﷺ وهو على ناقته فقال ألا إن الصدقة لا تحل لي ولا لأهل بيتي وأخذ وبرة من كاهل ناقته فقال ولا ما يساوي هذه أو ما يزن هذه لعن الله من ادعى إلى غير أبيه أو تولى غير مواليه الولد للفراش وللعاهر الحجر إن الله أعطى كل ذي حق حقه ولا وصية لوارث
