I will not say about the Messenger of Allah ﷺ today what he did not say. I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say, "Whoever attributes to me what I did not say, let him take his seat in the Fire."
حدثنا حسن حدثنا ابن لهيعة حدثنا أبو عشانة أنه سمع
لا أقول اليوم على رسول الله ﷺ ما لم يقل سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول من قال علي ما لم أقل فليتبوأ بيتا من جهنم
