The Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent me as a collector of zakat, and I asked his permission to eat from the charity, and he granted me permission.
حدثنا حسن حدثنا ابن لهيعة حدثنا يزيد بن عمرو المعافري عمن سمع
بعثني رسول الله ﷺ ساعيا فاستأذنته أن آكل من الصدقة فأذن لي
