Uqba bin Amir reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There are two kinds of jealousy, one that Allah loves and another that Allah hates. And there are two kinds of pride, one that Allah loves and another that Allah hates. As for jealousy in defending one's honor, Allah loves it, but jealousy in other matters Allah hates. As for pride, when a man shows it while giving charity, Allah loves it, but pride that stems from arrogance Allah hates."

عن عقبة بن عامر الجهني قال

قال رسول الله ﷺ غيرتان إحداهما يحبها الله عز وجل والأخرى يبغضها الله ومخيلتان إحداهما يحبها الله عز وجل والأخرى يبغضها الله الغيرة في الرمية يحبها الله عز وجل والغيرة في غيره يبغضها الله والمخيلة إذا تصدق الرجل يحبها الله والمخيلة في الكبر يبغضها الله
