حدثنا سويد بن عمرو الكلبي ويونس قالا حدثنا أبان قال حدثنا قتادة عن الحسن
أن نبي الله ﷺ قال إذا أنكح الوليان فهو للأول منهما وإذا باع من رجلين فهو للأول منهما قال أبي وقال يونس وإذا باع الرجل بيعا من رجلين
